Welcome to Casa Fofo 🌴
We, Joëlle & Jack, are the owners of Casa Fofo GuestHouse.
We live here year-round with our children and three cats, and want to preserve a peaceful, respectful and friendly atmosphere for all our travelers.

Please take a few minutes to read this information before your stay.

Arrivals & departures

🕓 Check-in: between 4 PM and 9 PM
🕚 Check-out: until 12 PM

In case of late arrival or change of program, please let us know so that we can welcome you in the best conditions.

Atmosphere & respect

Casa Fofo is a quiet, family-friendly place designed for relaxation, rest, telecommuting and peaceful vacations.

In order to preserve this atmosphere:
🚫 Parties are not allowed
🚫 Pets are not allowed
🚫 Excessive drinking and disrespectful behavior are not tolerated
🚫 Loud music is not allowed, especially in the evening and during the night

We simply ask everyone to respect the quiet of the premises and the comfort of other travelers.

Casa Fofo cats 🐈

Our three cats live freely on the property.
They are sociable and accustomed to visitors, but remain independent and are not allowed in the bedrooms.
Please do not feed them.

Parking

🚗 Three spaces are available free of charge inside the property.
Additional vehicles can usually be parked along the outside wall.

Breakfast

🥐 Breakfast available on reservation, at least 24 hours in advance.
Served between 8 AM and 10 AM.

Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or intolerances.

Casitas & equipment

All our casitas feature:
✨ private bathroom with hot water
✨ air conditioning
✨ ceiling fan
✨ Wi-Fi
✨ television
✨ bed linen and shower towels

(The children’s room in the Land & Sea family casita does not have a television).

Common areas

🌴 Outdoor spaces are shared in a simple, friendly spirit:

• equipped outdoor kitchen
• BBQ
• bohíos
• dining area
• pool
• petanque ground
• relaxation areas

Please leave common areas clean AND tidy after use, especially the kitchen and BBQ.

Swimming pool 🌊

The pool is open from 8 AM to 10 PM.

For the comfort and safety of all :

• mid-length and long hair tied up (women & men)
• shower recommended before swimming
• children under adult supervision
• no diving or dangerous games
• please do not bring food or drinks into the water
• no glass containers in or around the pool
• The swimming pool is unsupervised and travelers are responsible for their own use.

⚠️ Casa Fofo accepts no responsibility for accidents.

• Petanque court

🥎 Adult and children’s boules are available.
Please reserve this area for petanque to avoid accidents, especially with young children.
Children are not allowed to play alone and must remain under adult supervision.

Responsibility & respect for facilities

We ask everyone to take care of the premises and equipment as if it were their own home.
Any major damage may be billed.

Additional services

🧺 Washing machine: USD 3.- with detergent (if you have your own detergent: USD 2.-)
🧺 Tumble dryer: USD 2.-

🏖️ Beach towels available with USD 5.- deposit

✨ Umbrella bed available on request: USD 10.- per stay
