A Swiss family falls in love with Panama
We are the Forestier family, a quartet of Swiss adventurers made up of Joëlle, Jack, and our two treasures, Tristan and Cloé. In January 2022, after a year-long road-trip in North and Central America, we planted our roots in Panama, a dream nurtured for years that has finally come true.
After leaving the Swiss mountains, we embarked on a great adventure to open our own GuestHouse, called Casa Fofo (Fofo for our family name “Forestier”).
This charming retreat is the fruit of months of research to find our little corner of paradise and of many efforts to renovate the main house and build welcoming casitas.
In October 2024, we opened the doors of Casa Fofo GuestHouse, inviting travelers and friends to discover not only the beauty of Panama but also the warm hospitality that characterizes our family. Come as you are, leave enriched with memories and new friendships. We look forward to welcoming you to our home, your home, Casa Fofo!
